10'' screen wont power up

I seem to have developed another problem with getting my 10'' Skyview panel to power up. my 7'' works fine on each harness 10'' wont work on either harness but 7 does. i have yellow lights on the back and 13v checked. I took the spare wiring harness and connected directly to the 13v bus still no go. I then connected this harness to the battery terminals direct and it works. I have run out of logic and wondering if the 10 has a problem with a voltage threshold in getting to fire up?, The battery is fully charged and everything else works fine. It has got me beat. .FYI I have had it working but wont go now. :-[HELP...

An update, after spending the day in the hanger trying to back over the process I found the screen does light up when connected directly to the bus. I had a grounding issue yesterday which I found today. I tested the current drain and found it was to high so I shifted the screen to a 10a circuit and finally everything works again. I must be dealing with more current drain than i realised. Today spent re calculating and shifting components along with putting back some hair I tore out yesterday. Hopefully my saga is over. The panels do look good when all lit up.
