16.4.0 update issues - similar to the 14.0 update

After updating to the latest version, 16.4.0, my double-screen SkyView started suffering issues, something similar to what I've read here: https://dynonavionics.com/bulletins/support_bulletin_022416.php

Questions:

- is there anybody else suffering the same after this update?
- are there any suggestions?
- in case, any chance to find the software version 14.0.7.3621 (or 14.1.0) - see screenshot - that was the recommended action in the above technical service bulletin?
