FWIW: I had the privilege of receiving permission from the Cuban Civil Aviation Authority to land my KIS Cruiser EAB (N819PR) in to Havana which I did on December 4, 2015 thus being the 1st US registered EAB to land in Havana. My airplane has a dual 7" SkyView system that I installed in March 2013 with ADS-B IN/OUT, EMS, ARINC-429 and a D6 as my redundant backup.
In order to fly to Cuba you must be on an IFR flight plan and the weather was hard IMC from just after departing Key West until I started to break out on the ILS to Rwy 9 at about 1,200ft AGL. The entire system worked perfectly as it has since I first installed it.
My wife took this photo of my panel as we approached the northern coast of Cuba. The weather was not as bad as it looks on the display. Just a lot of rain, low ceilings, no convective activity and just a little bit of turbulence.
Just another "feather" in the DYNON hat.
