30k ohm resistors...

where should i find the 30k ohm resistors for picking up the rpm through the magneto wires? they were not in my wiring harness package.

I'm sure Dynon will send you some if you ask nice.

Or, if you don't want to wait you can get them at Radio Shack - probably less than a buck.

i will pick them up at frys if i don't hear from dynon... sometimes parts is parts but i have found significant differences in the details for many electrical components from stein or b&c that are actually mil-spec versus the 'same' item found at radio shack or frys... (molex connectors, pins, terminals, etc.)

There is nothing special about the 30K resistors we supply. You can use anything 1/10 of a watt or higher (1/4, 12, whatever) and the actual resistance value isn't critical either (anything 25-50K will work fine).
