It would be handy to have 3D models of the remote boxes (adsb, comm, transponder, 429, etc). They would be highly accurate substitutes for the real thing to be used when laying out the subpanel on my aircraft.
I tried downloading the 3D model into solid works for the ADAHRS box. My hope was to save it to a slicer-compatable format then print it out. But all the menu options are grey'd out. I'm assuming there's some type of DRM on this thing.
Has anybody done something similar? Am I missing a solidworks trick? Or would I need dynon support to making something like that happen.
