3rd party OAT probe

I have an existing OAT probe that was used with a Vision System.

It is a two wire probe. Do you know if it is compatible?

I know you supply 5 volts to the probe and sense one line. Is this a voltage sense or milliamp? At 80 degrees what should I read on the sense line for the probe?

We do not support any 3rd party OAT probes. In any case, ours uses three wires.

I realize your stock answer is "we only support our probes". Sure fine... I'm on my own, I know..

But my real questions are! With 5 volts supplied to the probe(per the manual) what does the sense line expect to see, voltage or milliamp? and At 80 degrees F., what would be a reasonable value?
