A few MOA's not showing up on Skyview 700 Map

While customizing the Map display last weekend in Skyview 700 and working with the MOA settings I noticed a few of the MOA's do not display on the moving map. One example is the Shirley MOA's in Northern Arkansas. The ones around it are displaying fine. I didn't see that there was anything misconfigured. Foreflight and the FAA sectionals all have them in place.

Please advise.
