Where have you folks mounted an ADAHRS unit in a RV 7

The most common location in an RV-7 is on a shelf built inside the upper fuselage, behind the baggage area.

That's what I did yesterday. Just ahead of the F707 bulkhead with the top aft skin off.

Same here.

Aligning the ADAHRS using a stringline and testing magnetic interference from the Seatbelt cables. 3* from no cable to cable draped over ADAHRS. Close enough for RV work!

It would be fun if Dynon introduce and send a trail for RV7, like for the auto pilot servos.
