Yes, mostly: only those that are associated with an airport. As far as you're concerned, most any airport that you can get a metar for, say at http://aviationweather.gov/adds/metars/, regardless of the equipment installed, should make it onto the ADS-B feed. Note that radio conditions/coverage might affect what you actually see at any given moment.
