affixing SV network hub to EMS

For the purposes of planning around precious sub panel real estate, it would work out nicely if I could affix my SV network hub atop the face of my EMS box.  I would probably do it with velcro.

Can anyone think of a reason why that would not be a good idea?

Thanks in advance.

Velcro in general is not a good idea - the glue will weaken over time (as will the Velcro itself) and the unit will find itself supported by the wiring, which is bad news.

Assuming Dynon says it's kosher to put anything on the outside surface of the EMS you might consider using epoxy to permanently mount the hub on the surface.

I see your point. I hadn't really given much thought about the actual affixing part until I got a green light on the proximity question. Actually, it appears that two of the case screws of the EMS module would line up perfectly with the hub mount holes.  Just a couple of longer screws would join them together.
I'm not going to try anything without Dynon's blessing, but it would sure be tidy and convenient on my sub-panel.
