Is it actually a D10? Or is it a D10A?
D10's require the software support program and laptop to set the speeds. You can download this off our site.
If you have a D10A, you can set it on the D10A under the setup menu. This is only on firmware from the last year or so, so you may need to update the firmware in your unit if you originally purchased it a year ago or more. You use the same support program to update the firmware.
For either a D10A or D10, we reccomend upgrading to the latest firmware.
