EFIS units do not talk to one another. EFIS can talk to EMS and EMS to EFIS, but not EFIS to EFIS, so this is why there is currently no sync.
In any case, we are already in beta on a release that does full synchronization of baro, bugs, and a whole bunch of other stuff. So you'll get this and more in a month or two.
