Hi all,
I did my first and second flight this weekend. Everything went well, but I noticed at one point when I was raising my landing gear, the amps were reading 90A! Looking over the data log after the flight, the amps fluctuated from 10-19A during the flight, then shot to 90A when I was retracting the gear. I have to think that something is wrong with the current reading as I have a 30A breaker on the gear pump. It seems to be out by a factor of 2-3, I think. I've got the standard Dynon amps shunt (40mV/40mA), and have it connected between the alternator and the aircraft load on pins 24/25. Any ideas?
Thanks.
