Could the issues I was having as described two years ago in the referencede thread

My AP_PANEL was purchased and installed in late 2018, so ostensibly it should be not affected, but the problem I expereinced was so similar to the one described in the service bulletin that I thought I'd ask ...
I have attached an mp4 video showing the issue that I had with the panel It only occurred when I was tring to use the trim capabilities within the AP-PANEL.
