Hi there!

I tried to send an email to both info and support accounts but they bounce?! Here is the mail:

Hi there good Dynon people!

First up, thanks for the great product, my new Jabiru J430 came with The FlightDek D-180, with all the bells and whistles!

I noticed that the pitch servo (SV42) stopped responding and upon investigation, found that two of the 4 screws holding the servo in place had come loose and the servo was now sitting skew. This in turn has sheered the shear screw, doing its job it seems :)

How do I go about obtaining a new one (maybe 2 just in case!), and a cotter pin … based in South Africa!

Thanks, I did initially try to send to the support email address but it bounced ... I resent now without a picture attachment and it seems to have gone through!
