We have no plans to charge more than the data costs us. So if we have free sources, we expect that it will be free. At this point, we don't know of any free sources for georeferenced plates, so they will probably cost while just images of the plates would be free.
As we said before, we are not doing them now, so all of this could change. No promises yet.
