arinc 429 gps interface

I am looking into getting a King KLN 90b as my IFR gps. In reading the manual on it I noticed it offers arinc 429. This supprised me since it is an older unit. I am curious as to whether it will interface into my skyview via the dynon arinc 429 box. If so, what features would I gain...I assume HSI....etc

ok..I went through the dynon sv manual again and do see on page 12-5 the generic ARINC 429 instructions. So based on this I assume the KLN 90b will interface. Please confirm if this is correct.

It looks likely to work,but, hard to promise without a confirmed report. The thread Jake's pointing to is the clearest indication that it will work, so that's a cautious "it should".

Hi everyone

   I should be able to report on the KLn-90B vs Arinc 429  interface in a near future as I'm going thru the same process..

There is also another poster here that just installed one in his Rocket and should report soon...
