arinc-429 to Garmin GNC255 connection

Trying to make the NAV/LOC/GS portion of my Garmin GNC255 communicate with SkyView. TX A / TX B connected to pins 11 and 23 on the arinc-429. Configured to HI Speed / Common both units and Label Counter on SkyView is counting, but when selecting "NAV 1: as HSI source, no information shows. What am I missing?

You want to use the serial port with that radio, not the ARINC. See page 4-30 in the installation guide for the connection and setup instructions.
