My D100 seems like it has been slowly dying. Today all I got was a "Attitude Recovering" message on the EFIS and the artificial horizon, bearing, and rate of turn indicator could never seem to lock on. The airspeed and altitude seemed solid, correct, and normal. I also have the D100 hooked to the EMS and those functions all seemed normal.
Up until today's flight I would get this "Attitude Recovering" message for a while (10-30 seconds) and then it would indeed recover and be mostly OK - other than always indicating a 15 degree right turn. But after about 30 minutes, it would straighten out and all would be good. but today was clearly worse.
Any ideas? Do I have a sensor going bad? I had the unit repaired within the last year, and yet it seems to have done it again!
