Audio Out for AOA on D100

What is the nature of the AOA warning signal?  Can I attach the 10K pot wiper output directly to the mic input on my intercom?  Should I capacitivly couple it? If so, what would be a good value?

It's 16ishVAC, 1K impedance. If you happen to be an EE - that basically means it won't work well with a mic input.

Volts rms or Volts peak to peak.  What frequency?  Probably 100 to 300 Hz?
