Do I need to wire the audio output from the EFIS-D100 and the EMS-D120 to my audio system to hear the audio alerts from both systems or do I only need to hook up one? If so which one? Tim

You need to wire both. The AoA alarms will come out of the EFIS and the engine alarms will come out of the EMS.

So I can just wire them together without anything to prevent backfeed into the other unit?

For each of the audio outputs on the EMS D10 & D10A a 10Kohm variable resistor is called for, will a 0.25watt be OK?

A 1/4 watt resistor is fine. An 1/8th or 1/10th would be fine too.
