My audio output is intermittent, with the AOA warning is perfect on the first activation then fails to work on the next circut. any ideas why this is so.

Don't think there's a bug there, but it's not impossible. We'll look into it. Are you sure that you're seeing the same AOA displayed on each circuit? And, are you sure that you're not getting below the INHIBIT AOA BELOW AIRSPEED value that you've set in setup some of the time? That's a hard cutoff for the AOA alarm to minimize nuisance alarms.
