Hello

I have the Dynon 10A and a PM 1000 II panel mount intercom on a flying RV-8. The audio is sent to my 2 headsets. {NO external speakers} I would like to wire the AOA alarm audio from the Dynon into my intercom system. Do you have any suggestions on the best way to this.
Thanks
Dean

Depending on which version of the PS panel you have, you should have either 1 or 2 aux music/audio inputs. You can utilize these. Make sure you utilize a variable resistor to regulate the alarm volume level as indicated in our installation manual.

I read somewhere that you can tie the audio outputs from both the D100 and D120 together before the variable resistor to use a single input of the intercom.  Is there a need to add a resistor in each line before the tie point in order to provide isolation between the two units?

There are internal resistors in the EFIS and EMS. You can just tie them together.
