Auto Pilot off course

Hello. I have upgraded to 3.1 but have the following problem when activating a multi leg route.
The auto pilot is set on mode "Track"( no external gps source)
When I engage the auto Pilot, Alt "on", Track "on" the aircraft passes the intercept point (waypoint) before turning back. Once you navigate it manually back on course the aircraft don't maintain course on the next leg.
Question. Do I have to manually guide the aircraft to intercept? How do I get the auto pilot to navigate each leg independently. Any segestions please .

How do you set the turn anticipation in the Sky view between each leg of the route?

Bring up the FLP MENU, highlight a waypoint, and select toggle overfly.

Shouldnt it be NAV mode to follow the route?
