I have just purchased a new Jabiru SP 120, i had a EFIS 180 + a AP74 installed. When I activate the AP the aircraft flies for about one or two minutes and then starts banking to the right and starts a steep spiral.
always to the right. This is with HDG and ALT engaged.
Any ideas will be appreciated

The number one thing to check is that your servos are not slipping.   

If the HDG and ALT indicators are showing up in yellow boxes, that indicates a slip and torque must be increased.

100% torque is fine as long as you are comfortable with the stick force needed to override the servos.
