autopilot failure when voice to talk is activated

Have a auto pilot pitch and roll installed to a Jabiru 430

When flying and voice to talk is activated the AUTOPILOT GOES TO ERROR

when starting up or at the time of taxing an error can appear to both servos but can then correct itself while plane is moving either on ground or in flight

At times IN FLIGHT A DSAB COMMUNICATION LOSS MESSAGE CAN APPEAR. By rebooting avionics can fix problem until at some stage it might happen again.

ON GROUND IN HANGER ENVIRONMENT
PRESSING voice to talk button will initate error message
1 DSAB AP74 CONNECTION LOST
2 DSAB PRIMARY COMPASS LOST

can some one point me in the right direction to solving this one

People that have seen this before generally have the cable that is going to their antenna running near one of the EDC/servos/AP74. If that's the case in your aircraft, see if you can separate them. Also, all DSAB connections should be twisted pair to help avoid interference issues.

Prior to to reading your reply I uncovered panel and checked connections. All seemed ok but their was slight movement in a few.
Have flown since and their does not now to be a problem ????
Goes to show it doesnt take much to upset things in avionics.

The comm antennas are in close proximity to the elevator servo
dual comm system SL30 MicroAir 760
will work on that one

The DSAB Twisted pair suggestion will have to be discussed with the person who in tstalled

Must say on the whole the auto pilot system works well. Gradually working it out. Many of my flying associates are showing a great deal of interest.

The problem has resurfaced
In the Jabiru 430 the AP, comm and antenna cables run through the aircraft in close proximity. What can Dynon suggest to solve problem with out the need to re-route cables. :-?
