autopilot settings

I have a RV-7A with two 10' screens and both autopilot servos. Can someone with a RV tell me their settings to try and tweak from there?
I've played with it a little bit, but I don't seem to be making much progress.

For the roll axis I have had success by using the roll mode rather than the rate mode... I am using 30 degrees as the limit, and it will roll on heading great.  On the pitch axis I had to adjust the pitch sensitivity from the default of 10 to 15 to get good performance.  No other adjustments.
