Dynon Support,

I've ordered two servos and an AP-74 (thru GCA at SNF) as part of my panel upgrade project. I'm also building a small annunciator panel, and am contemplating including an AP disconnect annunciator. A few questions:

1. Will the D100 flash a message if the AP disconnects after engagement?

2. Will the AP button on the AP-74 light when the AP is engaged, and flash if disengagement occurs after engagement?

3. Can the AP disengaged signal (if it exists) somehow be tapped to send a signal to a separate annunciator light?

4. Just to verify, for panel cutout planning purposes, the AP-74 will fit just as the HS-34...same mounting hole and bracket...correct?

Finally, any updates on when the servos and AP-74/76's might start shipping, or when we might be able to view e-versions of the user/install manuals for the AP servos and AP-74/76?

Thanks very much...very much looking forward to the new product!!

Cheers,
Bob Mills

1) No, but it won't disengage unless you tell it to. In a failure scenario, you'll get a red alarm bar on the screen annunciating the type of failure.

2) Lights up when engaged, darkens on disengagement. It does not flash.

3) There is no external signal that broadcasts this. The AP annunciates its staus both on the screen and through the AP74 or AP76.

4) The AP74 will work with the HS34 bracket, but the AP76's will be a touch different due to a different mounting screw location.

We don't have a status update yet. We're still targeting sometime this summer. Manuals will be out with the products themselves.
