I loaded the latest databases on my SV Touch using the page below and they worked fine:
US Aviation Database: Valid: August 12 - September 8 (Cycle: 2108)
US Obstacle Database: Valid: August 12 - October 6 (Cycle: 2104)
The 15 July stuff would have expired, no?
If you used the page below (that includes the SV HDX 16.0.4 Software Update), that page was updated on 12 August with the latest Aviation and Obstacle databases:
