Blue DYNON screen is flashing on D-180

Turned power on to my D-180 this morning. Blue DYNON screen started flashing at about once per second or so. Flashes are coordinated with the clicking from the D-180. Buss voltage is about 12.1 volts. D-180 functions worked fine at last shut-down. Installation is new, aircraft has not flown yet. Suggestions???
