Take two SV displays, installed normally and configured in an aircraft. Call them A and B.
Now, determine a new K factor for fuel flow. Power up A and try to change the K factor. As soon as you get to the calibration field on the menu selection, the device will reboot.
Happens every time.
Now, power up BOTH system A and B. Change the K factor on A, everything works fine. Now, power up just A and try to change the K factor, everything works fine.
Work around: for a newly configured system, ensure both units are powered up to make the initial programming of the K factor.
