Calibrating the Autopilot using only the HDX

I opted to not have a panel mount autopilot and to run my autopilot from my HDX screen. The problem I am running into is trying to calibrate the auto pilot. As you know in the configuration screen it says “disconnect autopilot” to continue, but with only the HDX to run the AP I can‘t get to a disconnect button.

Dynon is closed for the holidays, can anyone help with this issue?

Thanks in advance

Whether you have an AP head or not, did you not install a remote "Disconnect" switch, to the servos? That's the thing that you're apparently missing. If you really don't want one for some reason, you could always install one temporarily to the servos just for the calibration (but I strongly recommend having a remote disconnect button that's easily accessible, so that you can disconnect the AP in emergencies without having to poke the screen multiple times).
