Calibration of Manifold Pressure Sensor ?

New install, have read and searched both install and pilots guide.

Barometer and Pressure Altitude and Field Elevation all resolve nicely with each other and reality.

There is a 1.0 inch reading difference between the Barometric Pressure and the Manifold Pressure.
Same difference exists, hot, cold, night day, full up electrical system or just operating on BU battery only.
Engine not running, throttle open, in hangar or out of hangar

Is there a method to calibrate the Manifold Pressure circuit?
