There's no non-US aviation data period until we have an agreement from a data provider worked out, and obstacles/runways won't be shown through the synthetic vision display until the firmware update AFTER the one we're about to release. That's going to be late summer or fall. Unlike the US, other countries simply don't publish their avdata into the public domain for use of the folks who presumably pay taxes 
Until then, though, terrain is fully visible through synthetic vision. If you live way up north, there's a Canada/Alaska region for the terrain database that you can download from http://www.dynonavionics.com/docs/terrain.html. But if you're further south (mouseover the region names for a second to see the regions highlighted on a map), in the habitable part of the country, the North America database that ships on SkyView should work fine.
