cannot gets wind aloft

I cannot winds aloft using my EFIS-D100 and a Garmin GPSmap 296 since I swapped my previous GPS for another. Is there a setting on the Garmin I have missed?

This is almost for sure that you need to set the advanced serial output settings on the new GPS to "normal" not "fast".
