I have just hooked up D100, D120 & HS34 and powered it up. Updated to new Firmware on D100 and D120, but didn't find the HS34. The Net status on the EFIS show just single EFIS. When I removed the HS34 and did a new config the status shows both D100 and D120 working. The wiring is dubbel checked and should be ok. Any suggestion?

Regards

The HS34's firmware needs to be updated individually through its own D9 connector, so if you're updated the D100 but not the D120 that might be your issue. Get it up to the latest version, then connect everything and DSAB everything together.

Thanks for fast replay. Both the D100 and D120 are updated to latest firmware. I connected the D9 connector to PC, turned the power off for the EFIS and EMS, but the program do not find the HS34. The wiring to the D9 is rechecked and power measured at the D9 connector is connected to correct pins.

If you're certain you've got the D9 connected to the HS34 correctly (it should be connected to the male, or top connector) and all the lights are coming on (which means there's power but no DSAB, and the unit is ready for upload or to be connected to other Dynon units), and the support program isn't finding it, then you might want to send it in. My money's on the wiring though, based on the history of units that have come in and have updated for us right out of the box. If you want us to check it out, give us a call at 425-402-0433 or email support at dynonavionics dot com for an RMA.
