Hello Dynon,

I have  a  D180. I want to install a capacitive fuel gauge. I see the princeton model at Spruce. I wonder what I have to buy.

See the photo below :

1) only B (with BNC plug) + the dynon capacitive to voltage converter, but is it possible to buy only B at Spruce or elsewhere ???

or

2) A and I plug directly to pin 20 or 21 ?? But with this way both the princeton and dynon provide a calibration, which do I use ?

3) a better solution ... !

Note that for convenience I prefer the little senders as on B.

Sorry for my bad English writing !!

The safest option is to buy "A". It something we have worked with a lot before. You do a simple two point cal on it, and then do the full calibration on the EMS. "A" is really a "B" with the cap-volt converter built in, so it's not really a worse solution.

We've never tried to use our capacitive converter on just the "B" part, so we can't promise it will work. You'd have to call Princeton to find out what they sell individually.
