Carb Temp Sensor

Seems lot's of my sensors are out of whack. Carb temp is stuck at around 35 degrees while OAT is over 80. Any ideas?

Where is the sensor fitted in relation to the horizontal split line in carby, above or below ?

I had the wrong settings inputed for the sensor. My bad.
