Carburetor temp not working

Hi.
I installed the carburetor probe on my 4-cylinders Lyco O-320.
Initially, it worked or I thaught it worked, since it displayed nearly the external temperature.

Some days ago I programmed the whole SkyView to display data in ° Celsius instead of Fahreneit and put a range of -10 +50°. The indicator indicated -12° Celsius.

Yesterday, I changed the minimum setting in 0° and it indicated -2°. Today, I disconnected the probe and reinstalled it. Apparently, all is OK. When disconnected, a red cross appeared on the SV display.

I tried it again and it still indicates approx. 20° minus of OAT. Even while the engine is off.

Any suggestions?

There are different Carb Probs. I had the wrong prob in my setup and that caused problems until I entered the correct one. You might confirm the part number.

That's what I was thinking.
I think probe is a simple element and it is strange for it to go wrong.
I remember I had to choose  among two different kind of probes, in the initial setup.
On Saturday I will try the other probe part number.
Maybe this will work.
Thanks.
Camillo

Edit: problem solved. I chose a wrong item number in the SV configuration screen.
