I have flown 4 hours now with 5.1 with no problems.  This morning when the system booted up the CDI was gone and the G meter was in it's place.  On the PFD page I can not turn the nav screen on or the G meter off.  Rebooted system again, no change.  The buttons appear to work on the pfd page as they toggle from grey to black, but nothing happens.  Help!

Update RE: CDI Missing

I figured the only way the G meter should be displayed is if it was above or below the threshold for the pop up display. (Meter was showing 1 G Positive). In setup, the positive side was set to +2 and the negative g setting was +0.  I changed the negative value to -.5 and all is normal again.  I have never been in this setup menu before, not sure what was going on.  Any insight Dynon??  Can I turn the pop up feature off?  Just put in rediculiously high and low values?

You can also manually toggle the G-meter by hitting PFD>G Meter (it highlights when on). If that wasn't lit up, and you had 1G being reported, and it still tripped the G Meter on, well, that's weird. You might see if the G Meter behaves properly in general while in flight. The fact that it pops on might indicate that something else is going on.

But, setting the limits beyond where you ever expect to experience Gs should inhibit the G meter from auto-popping up (as should your previous settings have)
