Chartdata Subscription not found

I checked my Seattle Avionics account and it's good until May of 2023. When I try to upgrade to the new charts, I get a message "No ChartData subscription information available" and I don't get an update process.
I'm leaving on a longer trip on 6 Oct, the date of the new database, and am a bit chagrined that I may have to go with an out of date database.

Can anyone offer any suggestions in the immediate term to get me started before about 0900 CDT? (As you can see, I want to depart before Seattle Avionics opens up.)

Please, no diatribes - I don't have time for that. I just want a current database.

Update. For whatever reason, the ChartData Manager recognized my valid account and updated the charts. OK, I have this system and I'm stuck with it, but I can promise that if I ever look for another avionics suite, this support from Seattle Avionics is a deal breaker. Never again.

Have you checked your account page at SA? I know there were difficulties syncing some accounts after Slingshot was introduced, and you had to activate something via your account page. Related maybe?

You said expiration date. I didn't know what else you may have checked. Just trying to help.
