Changing a Glasair ii rg to 2 panel Skyview system.
Any ideas how to develop a checklist?

There are a few ways. There is a downloadable example that you can modify here if you're a technical type: http://dynonavionics.com/docs/support_software_choice.html

But also, on that same page, there is also a downloadable excel-based "program" (smart spreadsheet) that will generate checklists for you without having to deal with the code. There's also a video there that takes you through the process.
