I am confused. I am planning on fitting 2x screens in my homebuilt Sport Cruiser with Rotax 912.
From your website it shows the EFIS 100 being able to provide splitscreen viewing. The same goes for the D180. What is the difference between the 2 and what should I install eg. 2 x 180, 2 x 100, 1 x 180 and 1 x 100 and why should I install in this way - advantages/disadvantages ??
Do I Install 2x magnetometer as well??
My thinking is, I want to see the full size engine page during start-up, then cut back to 1/3 screen during taxi, run-up and take-off and in flight have the full size engine page on the right and the full size Efis on the left screen. How is this best achieved?
Next question, can the unit be switched on prior engine start to monitor engine instruments on start-up?
