CHT alarm showing X

I have problem with reseting my CHT alarm cyl. 2. after been using heat gun to identify the different probes. Cylinder 2.showing X and I'm not able to reset this and get it showing the temp.
I have set the sky view up to clear alarms but this dosen`t clear this alarm.
Anybody experience the same?

X means the sensor is broken, not that it has an alarm. You need to fix the sensor or the connections to it.
