CHT Probe Installation

There seems to be something missing in the probe kit.  The probes don't screw into the new cylinders.  What else do I need that didn't come with the kit or the cylinders?
This is the typical Lycoming Kit.

In each probe bag there should be both the probe itself, which has a bayonet half twist fitting, and another separate piece that threads into the cylinder that creates the female side of that bayonet connection. Do you have the CHTs in unopened bags by chance?
