Connecting rod to servo arm

I tried to test fit my autopilot servo today and discovered the holes in the autopilot arm are a strange size.  The documentation indicates that AN3 bolts are supplied with the generic mounting kit (which I didn't realize was ordered separately, but no matter, I have the parts listed anyway).  The drawings do not actually indicate the size of the holes in the servo arm.

An AN3 bolt is a very sloppy fit in the servo arm.  The hole is the servo arm seems to be about 0.198", when it should be about 0.187.

Is there some kind of bushing I need ?  How should I connect the rod end bearing without any slop ?

Maybe this is the source of some of the slack in some people's control system ?

No bushing required. We just used the "loose fit" hole size for the AN3 bolt as opposed to a "tight fit" tolerance to make things easier to put together. Keep in mind that once you have everything tightened down, you've probably eliminated that motion. Even if you haven't, the side to side motion of the bolt in the servo arm is inconsequential and is a LOT less motion than you'll see in a control surface with slop in it.
