Connection fault: 4/8

I am getting the above error message. I am just starting the setup procedure and the servos installed correctly but had this error message. Anyone have some guidance???

The dynon data bus uses two pair of wires for redundancy - this 4/8 fault is telling you that something is wrong with the pair of wires that connect to pins 4 and 8 of the 9-pin DB9 connector. The system will continue to operate on the other pair, it's just a notice that one pair is non-functional for some reason. Check your wiring.
