I now have been flying with my D100 for about 100 hours in my RV-6. I have 1130 hours total time on the airplane. The airspeed indication has always been 5 to 7 mph high @ 170 mph indicated, as best that I can test it. This was also true with my old mechanical gage. I have never found any way to eliminate the high reading. Is there any way to correct for this error in the D100? :-?

Nope, the EFIS is permanently calibrated just like your mechanical gauge is. It sounds like you have a static source issue.
