Course Line and ETE Missing on Moving Map

Has anyone experienced the course line not showing up on a Direct-To? Flying today, and selected Direct-To to return to the airport and the magenta course line and ETE never appeared on the map screen, but the airport identifier, distance, and course pointer showed up on the HSI. Selecting different airports did not have any effect.

I did not take the time to try and create a flight plan to see if it came up. First time I've experienced this with 300+ hours on the system.

Was the navigation "source" Skyview?

Hmm, I can't imagine how that would've changed, as I've never done that before. But, perhaps I fat-fingered something. I just read on 7-48 of the Pilot's Guide that you can change what is displayed. I'll have to go back and check.
