I have an error message warning. Auto Pilot Disconnect Broken. The CWS is working and I have tested it many times during the configuration. So what does it mean, that it is Broken?

That means that you've got the broken line detect option set under the disengage/disconnect button setup, but don't have the requisite resistor installed (or you do, and the line is actually broken) that is needed to allow this function to work. Relevant excerpt from the manual:

----

While not required, you may install a 4.7 - 5.3k ohm resistor across the AP Disengage/CWS
button. This allows SkyView to detect a break in this circuitry and alert the pilot if this resistor is
present in the installation. If this resistor is installed, set SETUP MENU > AUTOPILOT SETUP >
DISENGAGE BUTTON > ENABLE BROKEN LINE DETECT to “YES”.

-----

If you don't have said resistor installed, set ENABLE BROKEN LINE DETECT to NO.
